Shipping and Delivery Policy
Once a customer places an order and completes payment, mottocarpediem will begin production. Order preparation typically takes 1–5 working days before dispatch.
Please Note: During peak seasons, annual quarter ends, and public holidays, the volume of orders increases. Due to the time required for hand-sewing products and strict quality checks, dispatch and shipping times may be extended. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
